We were in last weekend and chatted with you about your pizza kit.  I just wanted to let you know that we watched your video and made it earlier this week and it was OUTSTANDING!  The dough was great and the homemade sauce and herbs de Three Oaks and chili flakes really made it.  It was delicious and we’ll definitely be getting it again…and again!

YUM! We were lucky enough to stumble into Froehlich’s for lunch one day on a wedding planning trip to Three Oaks and the employee behind the counter struck up conversation asking what brought us in. She asked if we had anyone doing desserts yet. When we said no, she offered us a book of what they have done in the past and have never looked back. Each dessert is better than the next and Drew even went above and beyond to create amazing vegan donuts that every guest was RAVING about. Our desserts were absolutely one of the highlights of the day. Drew worked with us on delivery based on the weather and also catered the bridesmaids’ lunch at the venue (also amazing!) This is now one of our favorite places to visit driving through SW Michigan.

We recently went to a wedding last summer in Three Oaks where Drew made the wedding cake. It was far and away the most incredible cake of any kind anywhere on the planet that I have ever tasted in my entire life (and my Grandfather owned a phenomenal award-winning bakery, so I do know what I’m talking about!) Everyone at the wedding thought so too!

I'm sorry I did not meet you when you delivered/set-up the desserts yesterday. They were fabulous. In fact, if I'd have to suggest a way to make your customers happier, I say tell them to order more! We ended up with only 160 people, but ran out of desserts!
